Board President
John and his wife Cindy have been members of St. Charles Borromeo parish in St. Anthony for more than 40 years. As a long-time educator, administrator, and Faith Formation Director within the Archdiocese, he has served in the work of educational evangelization and enjoyed the mentorship of a number of bishops, pastors, priests, administrators, colleagues, and families whose gifts and example have guided and encouraged his own spiritual and professional life. He holds MA’s in Educational Administration from the University of St. Thomas and Theological Studies from the University of Dallas. He is currently serving as the Director of RCIA/OCIA at Holy Family Church in St. Louis Park, Minnesota and enjoys semi-retirement spending time with his 6 grandchildren, sailing, biking, hunting, and woodworking, along with continuing to enjoy and learn from G.K. Chesterton.
Terry Kopp

Terry Kopp is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities area, happily married 35 years to the Debbie Ringhofer of Owatonna. Parents of 10 children and 15 grandchildren. Parishoners at St Anne’s in Hamel, MN. BA Economics, University of MN, Masters of Theological Studies, University of Dallas (1999). Terry was hired by Mother Angelica in 1987 as her first employee to work outside Alabama, and was blessed with 27+ years of productive service as a regional marketing manager for EWTN, retiring in 2014. He presently works remotely for promising start up Ave Maria Biotechnology out of Seattle, WA as VP investor relations. Terry has served on several non-profit boards over the decades, and for over 20 years on the board of Ave Maria Academy, an independent pre-K to 8 school in Maple Grove, MN, with 200 students and affiliated with the Archdiocese. He also is a founding USA board member for the intrepid and rapidly growing LifeSite News. In free time, Terry enjoys grandfather time, boating with family, caring for his frail parents, traveling with Debbie and some golf and occasional tennis.
Louie Forti

Louie and his wife Stacie have been Stillwater residents since 2001 and have sent all of their children to Saint Croix Catholic School, including a current sophomore at Chesterton Academy’s East Campus. He has co-founded a parish men's club and has served on St. Croix Valley Faith Formation Board of Directors. He is also a professed Discalced Carmelite (OCDS) with the Community of Saint Joseph based at Saint Michael’s in Stillwater. He has worked in commodity markets and management for over twenty years and currently oversees sales and trading of wheat products for a premium milling company in Minneapolis. His past work experience includes a global cooperative, a US joint venture of an Asian-based trading firm, and a regional private equity group. He earned an MBA at Loyola University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Business at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School.
Charlie Andrews

Charlie serves as the Director of Operations for Vista Technologies (VistaTek). VistaTek is a plastics company that specializes in injection molding, tooling, and secondary operations. Prior to working at VistaTek, Charlie worked for Cummins, Inc. Charlie and his wife Maria reside in Stillwater, Minnesota with their four beautiful young children.
