Terry is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities, happily married for 41 years to the lovely and amazing Debbie Ringhofer of Owatonna. Parents of 10 children and 24 grandchildren, they are parishioners at St Anne’s in Hamel, MN. Terry earned his BA in Economics at the University of MN and a Masters of Theological Studies from the University of Dallas (1999). He was hired by Mother Angelica in 1987 and blessed with 27+ years of service as a regional marketing manager for EWTN, retiring in 2014. He has also raised substantial seed funding for the promising start up Ave Maria Biotechnology. Terry has served on several non-profit boards over the decades, including for over 20 years with Ave Maria Academy, a pre-K to 8 school in Maple Grove, MN, serving 200 students. In his free time, Terry enjoys grandfather time, boating with family, cigars with friends, traveling with Debbie and occasional golf and tennis.
Charlie Andrews

Charlie serves as the Director of Operations for Vista Technologies (VistaTek). VistaTek is a plastics company that specializes in injection molding, tooling, and secondary operations. Prior to working at VistaTek, Charlie worked for Cummins, Inc. Charlie and his wife Maria reside in Stillwater, Minnesota with their four beautiful young children.

Jillian currently works for 3M, but has a long history of working in Catholic education and has experience in events and enrollment. She has both a Catholic Studies and a Vocal Performance degree from the University of St. Thomas and has done graduate work at the Angelicum in Rome. Jillian and her husband, Steven, live in Lake Elmo.
Roddy MacDonald

Roddy hails from a multi-generational Stillwater family and has worked in real estate for seventeen years with Lakes | Sotheby's International Realty and, additionally, has recently accepted a new position as Sales Operations Manager for Stonegate Builders. He and his wife, Kate, have four children at Saint Croix Catholic School and one future knight who is still at home.
